I check my phone first thing in the morning.

1 - Never; I meditate and contemplate the universe first thing in the AM

5 - Oh, yeah. I need to see what's happening before I make my coffee

I check my phone every hour.

1 - Nope; it's a distraction

5 - Of course; it's my clock & my calendar

How much time, on average, do you think you spend on social media a day?

Pick which is most true for you. For example - 1 (roughly 1hr or less); 5 (at least 5hrs...if not more)

1 - I'm basically off the grid

5 - I am plugged into the Matrix

How do you feel if your post gets less than 10 likes?

1 - I still love it regardless

5 - I need to get strategic, up my game, and figure out what I did wrong.

How do you feel after checking social media?

1 - Recharged & Refreshed

5 - Drained & Discouraged

How quickly do you check engagement (likes/comments) after you post?

1 - I like to let it breathe. I might check it again the next day.

5 - Um...5 minutes or less.

How often do you use social media to help make a decision?

1 - Never. I know what's in my heart.

5 - I use polls to weigh most decisions - from which organic laundry detergent is best to which hat looks best on me.
