With Thanksgiving just a couple days away, I’m focusing on what I’m grateful for. This week’s featured podcast with Amy Waninger, is definitely one of those things.
Amy is on a mission to address a talent crisis in the workforce. With over 20 years of experience in IT and business as a coder & leader; Amy believes that leaders can come from anywhere and should be everywhere.
In this conversation we dive deep into what leadership looks like, what we need more of, and what’s getting in the way. I love when I’m challenged to look at things in a new way, and there are a couple moments in this interview where Amy blows – me – away.
